By recent and sensitive reconstruction there was created a separate apartment of approximately 250 m² on each of five floors. On the sixth floor you will find two maisonettes.

The apartments have preserved ceilings over three and half metres high. The largest area (around 100 m²) is always dedicated to the living room which is connected to the kitchen and dining room. Each apartment has two bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, three separate toilets, cloakroom and ample storage space, a balcony or terrace. There is also a fire place in the living room in two of the apartments at River House.
